At Corporal Daegan Page Foundation, we believe in the power of understanding and supporting Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and the loved ones of our fallen hero's. As a part of our commitment to making a positive impact, we are embarking on a mission to learn more about the unique needs and challenges faced by these individuals.
We understand that the experiences of Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, Gold Star families, and other loved ones are diverse and complex. As we endeavor to provide them with the care and assistance they deserve, we recognize the importance of listening to their voices directly. That's why we are conducting a comprehensive survey to gather valuable insights and perspectives from these remarkable individuals.
Our survey aims to delve into various aspects of their lives, seeking to understand their physical, emotional, and social needs. By doing so, we hope to identify areas where we can make a difference and extend our unwavering support to those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
Through this survey, we aim to bridge the gap between the challenges faced and the solutions needed. The data collected will guide us in developing tailored programs and initiatives that cater to the specific needs of Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and Gold Star families.
This valuable information may also be shared with other nonprofit organization who have similar missions.
We invite all Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and Gold Star families/loved ones to join us on this journey of discovery. Your participation is vital to our mission's success, and your voices will shape the foundation of our future endeavors.
Thank you for being a part of this meaningful undertaking.
With gratitude,
